The sedan is definitely a Brougham. Reflectors go all the way across in the back. Remember, the fender skirts were an option, even on the top line trim. Some people wanted them, others didn't. With the wheel arch trim in place, it wouldn't be a fender skirt-equipped car.

I'd want fender skirts if I had a cream or yellow or light blue or light green Brougham. I'd take the wheel well moldings off in order to try and add them. It makes some sense on the brighter pastel colored cars, to me.

    Tail Lights on 74-76 Torinos

Base 74-76 Torino, note the tail lights do not have chrome trim poking out to meet with the chrome bars that would go across on a Gran or Gran Brougham:

74-76 Gran Torino, but not Brougham, note the all the way across chrome trim:

74-76 Gran Torino Brougham, reflector goes all the way across the back of the car:

74-76 Torino Elite and Elite, reflector goes all the way across but tail lights are wider like a Montego or Cougar of those years:

Yeah if you look at this ad, it shows a 2dr Brougham without the skirts and in the "line up of models" below that it shows a side shot of a Brougham without the skirts. Apparently the skirts were available as an option on the Broughams. Also the car from GA has the "Brougham" emblem on the "C-pillar", the Gran Torino dont have anything there. Also as mentioned it has the full-width reflector on the back. Also the Brougham has the wide color-keyed molding on the side.
