    The market is telling him that nobody in the U.P. has that kind of money for a car like that and nobody wants to travel all the way up there to look at this thing. I live in Michigan and it would take me 6-7 hours just to get there. He's obviously way overpriced, but I think his location is a big killer too.

    After a month, this is clearly overpriced. As mentioned, the remote location does not help either.
