I thought that the ad said it was $15,500 earlier?
    The car needs whitewalls.

It did say that - they must have removed the price.

Also says "WE DO NOT NEED TO SELL" Maybe he's just teasing us with the car.

It is me or has this car changed owners more than once in the last 12 months? I remember drooling over this one a while back. Too bad my new garage is too small for a another clamshell.

It is all in this thread. Same guy had it and pulled the ad, then he put a new engine in it and now it is back for sale.

Wow that's too bad. That was a really nice car. I remember when I suggested he keep it stock because these cars don't handle and brake very well. Looks like it comes with the new engine. Here's the link with more pictures. The 454 crate engine is worth a couple grand. Would be nice fixed up if you can get the original engine back from the owner.

A lot of people didn't like the way I set my Buick wagon up. Yes it was VERY high off the ground and could tow ANYTHING I put behind it. I was extremely please with it's handling and braking capabilities. And it was in NO WAY a slouch in the running department. You have to make sure your braking components are in very good working order on these that's for sure. I think the factory set up "Float" ride is what deters a lot of the handling on these. Tires also make a LOT of difference. You cannot toss on a set of P235/75/15 tires, They will make the "float" even worse and deter handling AND braking. Clams MUST HAVE a minimum of a 6 ply or an LT tire, It makes all the difference in the world.

I have the original motor still, if anyone needs a 1972 454 big block. It ran when I pulled it.
