Well, in case anyone was still curious, the deal fell through. I'm not buying this wagon. I had it appraised and while the value came in pretty strong, the wagon does have corrosion issues in its undercarriage. The appraiser also commented that the two rear doors had a "funky" fit. I'm bummed, but I guess it wasn't made to happen. The seller was very pleasant to deal with too. The search resumes.

VERY close to what I am looking for! Just not a fan of the '67 model year. (Am I TOO picky?)
My ideal find would be a'69 or '70 Kingswood Estate. I like the '68, but a "must have" for me is the dual action tailgate, which I believe started in '69. My tastes seem to have shifted towards these since selling my Clamshell. I'm also open to the box CE's ('83-'85).
Thanks for looking for me. How did you find this one? I keep lurking about on "adhuntr" and Ebay but hardly find anything.
    Thank you though!

Glide Aways good luck on your hunt. I use Auto Tempest as my search engine. You can search the entire US on Crsiglist as well as EBay and other sites.

Thank you Pyasher, hadn't heard of that one. A new search engine to check out over morning coffee! :)
