1970 Ford LTD Country Squire

The fader on the '70 was a small knob protruding from the bottom of dash on the left. It's very inconspicuous; it probably wouldn't show up in any photo unless it was deliberately focused on. As for the tuning and volume knob arrangement -- look at the radio. I'd be surprised if anything about this radio was like the radio on any other car ever made. Even the vertically turned radios on Corvettes and AMCs look more conventional than this one. And consider the placement to the far left. Almost every other car has the radio at or near the center of the dash. Of course, this does prevent your teenager from setting the station, volume, etc. It was frustrating, however, back when I was the teenager.
