    If I remember right, it was Uncle Bob, Aunt Jody (skinny thing), Grandma, and my mother up front, Uncle Howie, Aunt Judi, my Dad, and my oldest cousin in the middle row, and the rest of us hung out in the back with the window down.

    One of my regrets from childhood.....
    I only actually remember one ride in the 'way-back' of a 9-passenger wagon. It was only a short ride to church in a neighbor's '59 or '60 Olds......

    Folks didn't want to spend the money for a 9-passenger wagon when they bought the '66 Caprice, even though they had enough kids living at home (five) to justify it. Their thinking was that it was rare that all of us went to the same place at the same time anyway. They were wrong.
