Looks like the frozen custard sign is missing a few letters and has a local flair with the "c" being replaced with a "k".
I was looking at all of the interesting stuff in that photo and was like "what the hey is "Frozen Kusta"?"

Would love to go back in time just to walk through this parking lot. Lots of interesting vehicles. Should be around 1981 - 1982 or so.

Actually looks to me more like a Plymouth Fury Custom Suburban, around '74 - '75. Too plain to be a Chrysler. Virtually ALL the Town & Countrys from this period had woodgrain, too.
EDIT: Actually found matching wheel covers in the 1976 Gran Fury brochure, so it could be a '76 Gran Fury Custom Suburban. (Same vehicle as the '74 Fury. Plymouth did some naming switcharoo for 1975.)
