Wagons in vintage Street scenes

This town (whatever it is) reminds me of the fictional town Amityville, from Jaws. Anyone what REAL town it is?

 

We can't even see the license plates. About the only clues we have are the lack of rust on the cars, the sandy roadway and parking space surface and the background exitting the town. I'm guessing the Southwest somewhere

Looks like a 'Y' intersection at the far end, with a tall office building or hotel anchoring that corner. Probably torn down by now. I'm not familiar enough with San Francisco to hazard a guess. I looked at the city area on Google Earth, and it's got a few of those 'Y' intersections. I like sleuthing things like this, but I don't see any one clue that I can use to figure it out.

 

Can we put a time frame on this? I say 70’s? What the bumper sticker? Looks like California plates
