    On a classic car sight I follow someone posted a picture from a mall c 1965. There were several’62-65 cars in view and one 1959 Cadillac in a parking space. I commented then, and reiterated again how absolutely prehistoric that big finned Caddy looked by 1965. Same thing here, especially a ‘59 Chevy. I bet your reaction would be different if you had a ‘66 Plymouth snout to snout with a ‘61 Chevy.

    It would. The all-new for '61 full-sized Chevy was years ahead in styling compared to the 1960 model - huge jump forward. And out of the 4 years this generation was made ('61-'64), I think the '61 had the best styling.
