For Ford's it shows the Hood for example and all the bolts, nuts, seals, hinges in an exploded view and an itemized list keyed to the figure. Then a labour estimate in hours and an estimated cost. Fenders, Doors, seats, etc. They aren't complete by any means, but after you get those sorted out you've only got 30 boxes of bits and pieces left.

Here is a quick update on my wagon. The motor is done and running!! Started for the first time yesterday. I was stoked. It purred.

Here are some pictures of it on my buddies engine stand. He is used to building high horsepower motors. I told him I wanted torque so i can pull my boat. He tried his best to keep it mellow. As it stands it's probably 380hp with about 450fpt. But I will let our dyno tell me for sure.

Very nice. So ready for spring I take it? Of 2011?

    Just thought I'd ask.

That is going to be one very nice car when it is finished. I'll have to hide mine when yours hits the streets.

I see a 2-storey hood in your future. :rofl2: No rainy day driving for this wagon. That leaves only 3 or 4 days a year out there on the wet coast. :D

    Looking sharp.(y)

Yah Spring or early Summer. I can't wait. And instead of you hiding yours, we should park em together and enjoy their company. [IMG]

HAHA! No, that stack belongs to the fella that owns the stand. I'm going with something much more conservative.

Now that sounds like a plan. Heck, who knows, maybe REV will join us with one of his fleet.

Here is one more update. I will be going to the shop tonight to take some pictures, but the body is back on the frame. So it's all ahead forward now. Here is some pictures of the final body work that was done.

The rear quarter lips were the last bits of metal that had to be one.

    That's right, Rev has a Bermuda...............(y)

One thought about your frame, with the body off it would be an ideal time to build a strong trailer hitch and paint it up and installed. You could hide it nicely away.

The more of your pictures we see the more impressive it gets. This is going to be one very very very nice wagon when it is done.
