I can't see them very well, but the first is either an M-88 or the German Leopard equivalent Armored Recovery Vehicle, a tow truck for tanks. The next one's a shot in the dark, but a Luchs (Lynx, in English) Infantry Combat Vehicle?

Right, it is an M-88; I haven't seen one since I was in high school (the local National Guard Armory had one, along with a couple M-60A2s). The angle of the pic only gave me a mostly front-on view, so I couldn't 100% tell one way or the other.
