    Here she is...well some of her parts anyway...it's so sad to see her this way, I can't handle it...:(

    I'd still like to see jairus's wagon at the Sonic.
    59 wagon man suds drive inn on the hrpt 2011 Great picture.

    Even though Fat Tedy sort of cheated at least he used whole complete station wagons, unlike some other cheater I will not mention!
    We have parts of a fairly new Sonic in our little town. Even had cruise nites on Saturdays for awhile. It opened and closed twice. I guess southerners didn't like roller skating girls in short shorts serving hotdogs and burgers. All of the signage and parts of the building have been torn down. I still need to take the wagon there for pictures of a ghost Sonic.
    What's the next challenge?

    on our summer road trip up the old dixie highway in ga we also stopped at an A & W drive in for some ice cream but my other laptop crashed with the pics
    our next challenge

    Well, I guess I gott'a eat. ;)

    So, with the Ventures blasting on the 8-track, I busted out of the studio and went out for lunch at "Sonic"! Doesn't matter that I was a day late to this contest... the food was great and the sun actually came out!

    Danged this is a tough crowd to work! :slap:Great photo jairus. Looks just like the 60's! That hotdog almost looks good enough to eat!:yup:
    I still can't figure why our Sonic opened then closed twice. Now it's been stripped of all Sonic signage . Even Dairy Queen didn't last down here.

    Fat Tedy the wagon looked lonely so I had to add that strange woman to the photo.
    It's hard to believe that was Daytona Beach where all the pictures show crowds of people. Maybe the way I hotrodded down there had something to do with it. Wasn't long after that no driving is allowed on that part of the beach. ?????
