    Wellll, I'm showing hubby this link and he says slant six is dodge...will the info be the same for Fannie (GM)?

    I'm not familiar with the Beaumont....is that a Canadian Chevy? Does it have a GM chevy in line 6? The one's I messed with were from the 50's for the most part.

    Yes Beaumont is the same as a Chevelle...Canadian ahhh:) Inline 6 250. I heard her run twice. Once when we bought and the second after we got her home...in May. No exhaust...loved it:rednose:

    First :Welcome:to the WWWW (world wide wagon web) and I went to school with 2 brothers that had a father that owned a local machine shop, one had a 66 Mustang and the other had a 68 Nova, they both had sixs in them and they both could pull the front tires off of the ground when you dumped the clutch at a high RPM with no problem at all :oops:mg::oops:mg:And btw where just about 2 of the fastest cars in school!!!! and we had a lot of gearheads in my highschool!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yup....I had a friend that had like...I think...a 46 chevy coupe with a built 6 in it. He was beating all the stock guys in town and his trade mark was that he would start out in 2nd gear...:yup:
