As i said in another thread, it´s been a while since i read here... Fwd is great with real wintertires -3/8 studs, nothing less ! I live really near the polar circle, so i need them! The puppy has yet another GMC van, and a old volvo 245 to ride around in, when shes not riding in the 855 with the wife.. The skylark sportwagon is up and running, we even tested it on the dragstrip some weeks ago, some misfires got us crappy times, but it was fun (hehe, not my car)... We have no wagons in the shop, and the miss´s has sat a total wagon embargo for me until the mighty buick, and the Nash is completley done...
http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=651417757#!/album.php?aid=60872&id=651417757&page=2 My pics might suck, but.... I think i will ask the wife to take new ones tomorrow. New floorboards, the front one on the driver side, my wife welded in her self The rear ones is a little modified to get it closer to the ground, still having room for a beefy exhaust and the airride setup. And last, one of the qt panels that i rolled up myself in the english wheel.
Dang, lowlow! Your quarter looks fantastic! You rolled the steel yourself? :You_Rock_Emoticon: Man-o-man! Talented dude! And your wife welded the floors? Holy-moly!!! Mrs. lowlow, :You_Rock_Emoticon: too! Beautiful work, bud! :2_thumbs_up_-_anima David
The gastank with all the fuelinjection gibbrish inside, nice shiny black!! And photoproof that my Mrs welded the panels..
And this might just be our new project. Was thinking a euro-turbo look, but thats a second, after the Us-cars.
Yesterday i got so fed up with the volvo, so i got myself a chevy blazer.. The sweedish &()(=(&)&%%&¤#" piece of ?)?=()(//&%¤% car has a fuelpump that will work about half the times we try to start it. So while wating for the new pump to appear, we borrowed a chevy van on the shop that i work in, and of course that car didnt like the winter either, and is kind of stuck all of the time.. Anyone has experiences of the S-10 blazer? I think its kind of old, maybe a -86 or so.. (havent got the registration on it yet)
I was wondering if your wife makes house calls? Will be needing a little welding done myself The car looks awesome. Hats off to both of you
Hey guys! Missed me? The project at the moment is to put some paint on the buick. And as you all know, it takes quite a lot of work before you can paint. Mr Lowlow, you know I love you, but PLEASE dont put flakes on the next car, you want me to help you do the work on...... Before this car, I really liked flakes, and splints (you iknow, that glitter-**** you put in the paint to make it look ... glitzy?) but now, after doing some grind for several days, I really HATE it. And 'cause Im the smaller one in our family, I had to take the roof (among many other things) But the end result will be terrific!! I think... Starting to pain tomorrow or the day after I belive.
Nothing new, just the old boring, brainkilling grinding.. But we think we never gonna have more fun than what we, ourself is doing to our lifes. This complies strangley enough even to the -prepaint- job on a old buick.. Have som junior help too, the kids name is Isaac, the son of my friends hwo borrowed the paintshop for me to use. .. As for the last picture.. The solvents fumes doesent care if you are the most beutiful girl in the world
