    I lost 20lbs by running/walking since January. I also have cut out sugar , eat less and drink a lot of water. Unfortunately, I fell of the wagon this past 4-6 weeks with my hectic work schedule and I have been eating out a lot and have been drinking soft drinks again. I've drunk more Coke in June than the total amount in the past 6 months! Things should be calmer in the coming weeks and I plan to get back on track.

    Nah, Adam did that, and look at the mess we've got. The SWMBOs became BIMBOS, and take 40 years to get interesting. :evilsmile:
