I ordered an F. D. Harper interchange manual off ebay and that helps. Where at in WA are you, I'm in the center of the known universe-Puyallup. I'm picking up my 64 Squire next weekend in Cali.
I ended up getting the Forel Publishing version of the 1964 Ford shop manual. It is really pretty good and in depth, but assembly of the tailgate window regulator I'm stuck on now isn't in there. I'm on the opposite side of the state.....Pullman WA. I just contacted a guy on craigslist that I think is in Puyallup. He's got a lot of 60's Galaxie parts including a bunch of wagon stuff too. Good luck with the squire...those are cool cars.
Welcome. Looks like a nice wagon you got there! I'm (as of this post date) a 23-year old and I like wagons. It seems as though they're not very common in Pennsylvania these days, I've seen at least fourteen around in person (not counting my own) but they're just not common. My experience with them is that they do ride nicely though. It's a bit funny, Wagons seem to be getting popular once again in a few ways. I put my 1990 Mercury in an adoption event back in November and people got their pictures taken with it, then as I drove it out of the mall I heard a guy say he wouldn't mind having such a car.
