    Yeah....I recognized Pebble Beach.
    WOW....is that resto a nice looking car!:thumbs2: Especially for it's age!:yup:
    EDIT:
I don't see what I believed to be the hood release on the fender of the resto?

You're right Fox, there are lots of differences between the 2 retored cars and the B/W pict. It could be a works picture, maybe a prototype. The wood is slightly different as it dresses the full doors (while it stops mid doors on both the restored cars)

I have to tell you, Barto....if that resto was left hand drive I'd have to kill for it. It really is gorgeous.:thumbs2: I love the design of the car. The Italians are great designers no doubt. Now, if they could design an engine with the same mechanical abilities that you could easily WORK on....that would be a great thing!:yup:

Something more modern. Found this one on the dubba-dubba-dubba.
I know the make and model, but not the year.

Production started in 98-99 till 2005. Face lifted in 2004. Sold in China as Roewe 750 since 2006.

It's a Rover 75 Tourer. There was a terrific version with a powerfull and sporty V8 rebadged 75V8 or MG ZT. The V8 came from de Mustang (266 Pk).

Edit: The Tourer version was launched in 2001

Edit again: the one posted by KK is a pre facelift.

    Barto's up.
I was thinking about posting up just partial picture - like just a corner, or a grill or something.......it's getting harder and harder to find something that's not easy.

About the next one, I guess to find the make will be easy so I'll ask you to tell us what's the model... and maybe the coachwork who did the conversion (yes, again a conversion :162:). I don't mind about the year :D

Sorry it's not finished (but it'll be shortly as it's restored in the US) :rofl2:

Edit: same idea in the same time KK, partial picture, or partial car !

    It's a BMW 5-series, say a 525i, from around 1979 or so.
Have no idea on the coachbuilder....I'll keep looking though....

BMW of course, but it's not a 5 serie, nor a 7 serie...
