I'm hanging out to get home, I've been stuck in North West China for the past 3 weeks eating god knows what, working 18 hour days. :banghead3: But it pays the bills.
LOL on food in China. I was there last year and went to a Business Diner sponsored bye the host Company , Great Wall Motors. Even some of the GWM Execs. passed on some of the Dishes. That was enough of a warning for me LOL.
Yes, I expect to be back on Sunday morning. Currently about 7 hours west of Korla (city) which is close to Mongolia. Very dry and dusty out here, the people don't have much, but all seem busy growing soya beans. Actually the food is very good, lots of tastes and variety. Pity the living conditions are ****e.
Ahhhhhhhhhh home at last. 4 weeks away, I'm so over stir fry LOL. A bit of an update on my Lemans station wagon......I checked the engine code for the 455 the old girl runs right now. It's a 1970 B-Body 455 code YH meaning it's rated horsepower back then was 360 HP. This is a HO engine, with 4 bolt mains.:banana::banana::banana: I'm trying to think up a name for her. I know of the existence of "The Wagon" a 1971 Lemans with T-41 option. I thought about "The Jury" 'cause you could fit 9 pers into a Lemans Wagon. But I understand there was a "The Jury" Option sold in Canada for the two door Lemans. Any Ideas on what I should call her? Jon
