Okie Dokey! Did you know that GM mold in the taillight lense years into their cars? Since those Buicks are so close together, and unless it says Electra on the badge, I'll be lookin' for the fine red print.

I know there weren't too many of them here. But many of the smaller towns used them for funeral cars. Are those of interest?

 

I remember my dad teaching me this as a little kid of about 5 years old or so. I haven't thought about it since I was 5 years old until you mentioned it! Thanks for bringing an old memory to the forefront of my mind!

 

No hearses, Stormy. Seen a few of them around. Some have a stretched wheel base and, of course, they are heavy. Just a nice, clean and straight, rust free Electra. Normal. With no dead people.

Hey, there's a new listing for a Caprice on Ebay...it's a funeral car that doesn't look too bad! Still like the Electras though.
