Does your car's paint qualify as teal blue? Teddy can't resist a blue movie. :biglaugh:

I haven't the term "blue movie" before. Is it the same as a "chick flick"? :D

Oh DOH! Well, our wagons are certainly big enough to produce a "P, rhymes with 'corn'" in the back! lol! ;)

The description says it was working when he got it 9 months ago.But now it isn't,maybe from sitting there...NO !!! It's obviously off track,or whatever clamshells are on,or it wouldn't be crooked, like that...Maybe he was playing with it too much...

Thought it was a Mopar tailgate. They do swing both ways (one at a time of course). Never ever saw a clamshell operate (tailgate that it is):D.

Well,,,maybe not,,,but there's got to be a reason(good or bad, more likely bad)for it to be in there crooked like that...Had a friend who had a Chevy clamshell. He still had to turn the key to get the window and tailgate go up and down, but he also needed a friend like me to help---push the window and tailgate open and then pull them closed again...Maybe there was too much pushing and pulling going on...

    Long time, I know!

    Hey guys!

Sorry it's been SO long since I've posted here, a LOT has happened since my last post. Needless to say, nothing good. :(

Anyway, I finally have some free time - and I am still looking for a buyer for this car. So if you, or anyone you know might be interested in buying my grandmother's car - please let me know.

I'll work on something to place in the for sale section of this forum, as well as I plan to place an ad on Criag's list. Will probably do a best offer, as I need to get rid of it since the house will soon be going on the market in a few months.

Hope you guys are all doing well, have a g'night! :)

    My condolences

    Catalina,

I am sorry for your loss. That would be a hard car to part with, as a family car. If you do, Krash's comment about making sure that everything works is valid. It makes a huge difference if all of the windows traverse smoothly and the doors all close properly. Good luck. Let us know what happens!

    Hi Jaxops and Krash,

Yeah all is in working condition, as far as windows and back unit going up and down. It does have a few cosmetic flaws, as you can see from the photos, and some minor rust etc.

Not real sure what to place the ad at, as far as pricing goes. A few people that I have talked to, said that I should list on Craig's starting at $5,000-5,500K OBO. Hopefully this is a reasonable starting price. If not, I can always go down/change the ad.

If I list here on the forum under the For Sale section, maybe I'll list at Best Offer, as I have seen a few others do. So we'll see, I'll work on an ad over the weekend, when I get some time to do so.

    Thanks for your replies! :)
