Still have alot to do but since I bought tires for it 8 months ago and I couldn't sleep, I decided to get the wheels off and loaded up to put the new tires on it. I think I'm going to run the white walls out on it and see how I like them.

I'm also reminded of why I don't live in a neighborhood, it's 11:30 at night and I have the air compressor going. Think I'll just take a nap in my recliner in the shop and get up in a couple hours and go mount my tires, probably safer then going in the house waking up the wife!

 

I like it, looks good to me with the whites out!

Thank you. I've been enjoying working on my old raggedy truck again, in between working on our Chevelle project.

 

Hopefully it's at a stage where you can drive it while you're working on it.

 

I seem to have got the timing chain cover to quit leaking oil. I have been able to drive it down our road today. I have to get a shifter for it. I'm using the old 3 speed shifter from the standard transmission that was in it previously for now so I can move it around.
