    I did scrap out an UltraVan last week... The aluminum skin was worth a fortune, and all the aluminum in the engine brought me enough to get a full tank of gas for the wagon. Got to love those old motor homes for their scrap value..

    :cry:No No NO! Tell me you are kidding. UltraVans are ultra rare. What number was it?
    Sadly they don't seem to have a lot of great value. Many people who look and drool over them say they want them. Yet very few will buy one.
    But scraping an UltraVan is like destroying a piece of history.:cry::banghead3:
    Do you belong to the UltraVan group? Please let someone know what number it was.

    It was something like number 2 or 3.. I suggest that you take advantage of the high scrap values and peal all that aluminum off of yours, and take it down to the scrap yard. Look at the savings in just gas money that you don't have to put into the tank. If you knock the engine down, to steel and aluminum, you will make even more money. It is a whale of a deal to sell all that scrap metal.
