Aha Kind of like when Itasca made little motorhomes out of full size vans.Or Marathon turned Chevy shortbed S-10 duallies into mailtrucks.Crafty(a pun)
Mine had new seats, not stock, they were like a suede and vinyl. The floorboards and frame were shot. The thing crumpled when the TrailBlazer hit me. It had a 350 with a holley 950 and a powerglide. Cragar SS's and custom paint, it was a super car. I loved it and I plan on getting another one soon.
dam...theres some cool s--t there..!! i havent looked at thier site for a long time! ....tho.... any wrecker that stacks cars should be beat with a driveshaft !!! :banghead3:
yeah! Exactly, what if somebody needs a new roof?!.And all the right ones are smooshed because they're on the bottom of the pile?..And putting the wagon, much less the woodiewagon,on the bottom is a penultimate felony.Their roofs are the most important.
Been to DVAP a million times. They also have a yard in Casa Grande that is cool as well. Check that one out when you get some time..........
sounds good Are either of these places near that Quartzsite Swap Meet?My wife and I have been thinking about going to that thing, for a while now.
It would be a couple hour drive from Quartzite to the DVAP in Phoenix. Also, what swap meet are you talking about ? I know they have a car show there and that there is Desert Garden Classic Cars, but I have not heard of the swap meet.
swap meet? Here in California,Huell Howser(of California's Gold fame)went to what he called a swap meet in Quartzsite. It runs from mid-January through most of February and includes a car show.It started out as a rock collector meet. Now people, from all around the world bring rocks to sell.Bunches of other stuff too.Marbles,socks,dijereedoos.There's even supposed to be a small powwow. Many of the people that show up,do so in RV's.They said the population can boom to over a million during those few weeks of this "swap meet" thingy.
