I've always liked McLaren orange, although the colour in these old photos isn't very good.

    Suggestion on the stripes......

    Something like this:

Should work well with the styling of your wagon. Also, I'm only referring to the design of the stripes The color is your business.

Considered something like that but not sure as the only straight lines on the car are all horizontal and the angles stripe would have to be made thinner to look in proportion on the car but that would then make the stripe look out of proportion.

Stripes and decals are thing for the end of the body work as I am still working out the colour to respray the car. Just using the photoshops to try help with the decission

I am lucky because my partners father does airbrushing and pin striping so I can just go see him.

Well last night I was lucky enough to win some LED lights on ebay. The main set are a flexible pair that light up amber/orange and I will attatch and mould into my side review mirrors so that I meet the laws over here in reguards to the side indicators. I also has 2 different styles of heat seat coming. One is an adhesive type which will go in my induction and the other one is an aluminium style one which I will use to shield the fuel lines and fuel filler neck so I can fit a tailpipe on the left side of the car

Another 2 sets of different flexible LED strips will also be coming as well which consist of 2 x 12 inch red LED strips and 2 x 26inch White LED strips. Now the red ones will be fitted under my inductions setup to give a red wash of light over the engine. The white ones will also be in the engine bay but they will be attatched to the underside of the bonnet and will be on a switch so that they operated like the interior light. I am hoping the 2 sets work well together and light up the egine bay.

So you're doing a dual exhaust on the wagon?

Yes I am. I have this thing about balancing everything visually where possible. Aslo waiting to see but my momo leather steering wheel might be going to be replaced with a grey one. The reason is that the momo could be being swapped for a rear bumper bar off an EB GT

Well I finanlly had a win with the wiring diagrams and have now got a working start button. While wiring I also installed 2 different styles of trailer wiring plugs that to be hidden once the bar is done

nah my blue/ black momo steering wheel could be used as payment for the rear bumper bar. I would then have no steering wheel so I would just install a standard grey steering wheel so I can drive

Confuse them all and put a tiller bar for steering. No self-respecting car-jacker would ever touch it!:D
