1990 Mercury Grand Marquis Colony Park LS

I prefer the prior styling they had for the nose buuuuut ITS A BLACK MERCURY WAGON!!!

 

X, I thought of you immediately when I first saw this post,lol! :confused:

I figured you'd say something like "Black.......Mercury........Colony .......Park........must............get.............somehow!" Haha!

 

Called and left a message. I hope he calls back.

 

Going to look at it at 2:30. Sounds pretty good. A few problems, tailgate glass does not work, one rear window doesn't work and A/C doesn't blow cold. He said he bought it from an estate sale and it's all original paint and wood grain. defiantly worth having a look see.

 

I like the pre-'88 front end better as well, but for a black one I wouldn't quibble........

One of our Panther wagon experts also mentioned that when Mercury changed the instrument panel, they also downgraded the premium stereo from 6 speakers to 4, so there's that as well.......

 

I'm taking my car trailer (It's easier than finding a second driver) and cash so wish me luck! If it's as nice as it looks and he says I'll be bringing it home this afternoon.

 

I'm guessing AZ is going to bag this one.........

Here I am! Yes I bought it. Marshall, it is the same one I looked at for you last year. Very sweet car. Looks , runs, and drives great! Some power window issues and the front rotors have a bit of a shimmy but other than that no problems. Certainly no frame damage or repairs that the dealer told you Krash. Here's some pictures.
