    I actually looked at this car last year when it was for sale for $2800. It does have the 403 in it, very nice interior but body not great....

    88 Caprice Estate $800 Cleveland Oh

    For $800 one can't be too picky:) I think its a steal if there are no major rust issues, lock is an easy fix if there is no damage to the sheet...
