The last photo is the MAP sensor running this unhooked would also cause major drivability issues. It hooks to manifold vacuum also
Without it being plugged in the fuel pressure would be maxed out
2nd picture is the fuel pressure regulator that vacuum line gets hooked to manifold vacuum....
Ford had ignition switch recalls back in the day for this car. Call a Ford dealer and give them the VIN number and see if it has been done....

Having a rear sway bar and no front one will cause this maybe the rear bar is to large compaired to the front one. Also rear brakes that lock up...
