It's more of a rubber/PVC mat I think. You know where you might score is the RV suppliers, too.

For cars, it's tough to find the material in original colors. One of those first two might be the best place to ask. PVC isn't all that flexible. An impregnated synthetic rubber mat like this guy used on his Falcon chrome is probably the right stuff, but I think it only comes in black.

Rick's Roof Rack Pad solution (see the mat he used):
    http://www.rickwrench.com/index79master.htm?http://www.rickwrench.com/rackpads.html

Truckbed liner is similar to the original stuff.

Last but not least is the H.A.M.B. site. They have a good list of vendors for vintage rubber-floored autos.

I still think its worth an email to the first two links I sent, but one guy you might want to ask (PM Private Message) is 'the Rev'. He can probably point you the best source.

Man, you awesome!!! That will probably do fine. The only thing that actually looks like what was in there originally. Right down the road too and cheap. Now i have to get some matching OME spray to match. Next thing is to make the third seat from scratch.

    Thanks again.

Sorry guys. I meant that the OSH rubber mat was close enough.
Now that I think of it, might wait to actually check out the links to find something closer. As for colors, i was going to spray it to match. Should take well on that black rubber.

Is that OSH the same as Rickwrench's pads?

If you're going to spray it, I'd suggest you use something that can take some wear and tear. Plastic paint gets rigid and has very little UV Ray / Sun light protection. This stuff does. It's about $12.00 / spray can. Get their Prep soap or vinyl cleaner to clean off any factory chemicals before you paint. I did my whole interior with it and it is nice.
