Use the 3M weatherstrip adhesive. Use it sparingly....big globs aren't required.

The original weatherstrip had double stick tape under it, but I can't find tape as thin as the OEM stuff.

Just finished replacing the hubs, wheel speed sensors and brake rotors on the front of the Magnum. I've done the hubs before for the crappy ball bearings disintegrating (what ever happened to tapered rollers) though it was a tone ring which came apart this time, as for the speed sensors and rotors, since I had the front end apart why not. I am going to miss being able to cook off the tires now that the traction control is working again.
Unlike other makes/models the traction control on my Mag only has two settings full on and slightly less sensitive which I absolutely hate.

You need to wire in an on-off toggle on the traction control computer's input power, or, if it still uses Chrysler CCD, on the data leg to that computer.

I used to have a switch in the ash tray which was connected to the accelerometer in the console for bypassing the tc but I took it out when the car went in for some warranty work a number of years ago and forgot where I put it.

I was in a newer model dodge company truck. I got stuck in tall grass. In a dry field in Texas. I couldn’t understand how this big truck with all these bells and whistles couldn’t even drive over knee high grass. It took me about 30 minutes to turn off the traction control and drive right on out of there. Seems like a silly useless feature...

If it isn't real wood, it's either a veneer or a Di-Noc-style applique. It does look very good. I don't suppose you're thinking of this for the Beaumont? Because if it had wood sides outside, this inside would be very cool.

I was riding home from a day trip and ran across some young mother with an infant in a not so new Mercedes wagon. She attempted to turn around on a rural path and got stuck in the wet grass covered mud. I got behind and repeatedly instructed her to give more gas, while I pushed the vehicle from behind. After getting frustrated at her not listening to advice, I asked her if I could attempt getting the car out of the mess. After I got in and tried, I noticed that it wouldn't allow the wagon to spin its wheels. I knew, through experience, that if I could override this feature, I would have been out of there pronto. I guess, she didn't know how to shut it off, if it was even possible to do so. Otherwise, she would have done it herself. I suppose, this feature's useful on ice. But, I'm not so sure that they took other situations into consideration, if indeed the traction control was not enabled for disconnection, like ABS is set up
