OK....wait....don't they sell just the caps & rings? The silver wheels should be easy to come by. They were on a lot of different units.

    Foolishly looking around. Yes.

I just found that out. I found the wheel part number and now I can start getting some brain cells back together.

The worst part about forums is that everyone can see how stpd you r ferevor.

Pontiac used the black and chrome center cap that is shown in this picture. Image is from the "High Performance Pontiac" magazine website.

I bought them for a 66 GTO convertible I was restoring back in the '90s.
I think they were $650 a set back then. They looked great, but they sure have gotten expensive....

The wheels in that image look like they are painted white. Either way they look great. And that red line on the tire is sweet.

Love the look. Like Fannie said real classy, you can barely tell you did anything but it just adds to that beefed up tough look your wagon already has with the tire on the back and the lift and all.

BTW, found the wheels for 399 for 4. I can get them with the tires for 915, that's mounted balanced, lugs and valve stems and the beauty ring and caps.

Good job Mr M. Are you going to go for it? I think you should at that price, for sure.

I am going to look up the tires they suggested first. They suggested the 215/65 15 or something by Hancook? Never heard of Hancook. They said it was a touring tire 80,000 miles. These are 15x7's. Anyone know about tires?

It was a Mileage Plus II.

I have these on my Caprice 9C1. Good tire.
They came with the car and I haven't changed 'em.
Probably put 30K miles on them but they're due for replacement soon.

tonight we started the finishing touches of installing an AWD transfercase to my lowered 83 AMC Eagle wagon, then we realized that i left the plastic speedo gear in ohio where I got the transfercase. so insted of taking my wagon to work tomarow it gets to sit at home till I make that 6 hour drive to pick up a 3 dollar piece of plastic this weekend :(

Looks like I'll be needing a wheel bearing in the Colony Park, maybe do that this weekend.

I have finally parked the wagon long enough to do some interior work. My gal and I are driving it to Abilene on October 8th for their annual "cruise" night.

    time for carpet...
