I replaced the PCV valve and the hard, brittle OEM valve cover insert where it lives, along with the breather hoses on both banks.
Just another 1/4 mile of vacuum hoses and a few wires to go!
If there are no puddles on the floor after todays rain, I'll know that my leak repairs worked, and I'll FINALLY get to install the new carpets that have been staring at me since August....:2_thumbs_up_-_anima

Haha I wish! Just some black primer. The car is going gloss black so I'm using black primer to help save on paint costs. Won't need as many coats to cover. Primer is definitely a lot cheaper than paint lol

Replaced the dual chrome exhaust extensions, the previous ones had served out their life.

Started a few long needed electrical repairs. AND hung a fan above my rear window to help clear the mist in our cold and damp winter climate.
    (pictures later)
Still need to fix a turn signal ground problem and replace the dash light in the tachometer tomorrow after church.

Also checked the oil, water and belts... all fine. Ran about 100 miles round trip to Albany and back listening to Fleetwood Mac and The Who on the 8-track.
    It was a good day.:jumping:

My son Tim is driving our 96 roadmaster wagon now and Loves it! being a 16 year old kid he wanted a bit more "thump" to the stereo sooooo He added a 600watt RMS Jensen power amp and two 12 inch kenwood subwoofers mounted in a ported enclosure. I helped him run all the wiring and made it so he can easily remove the box/amp combo at night so it doesn't get stolen. Must say the thing sounds pretty good. I am glad he is enjoying the car. He has also used it for two demos in his auto shop class. (changing oil and doing the rear brakes) So he is learning as well.
