    I have 20 Acers in Mohave county Arizona. It belonged to my folks. My mom didn't want to deal with it any more so she sighed it off to me. I would hope to live down there someday. My Daughter (21) lives in Socorro NM and really likes it. I was married in 1986!!! I live in unincorporated Mchenry county off of Bullvalley road. Like it here too still pretty quite But really getting tired of snow myself.

    I'd keep looking. I think that price is too high. I would not pay more than $4,000 unless the wagon was in mint condition.

    We'll look around the Peoria area if we ever get moved back near there.
    Yes moving to be closer to family in our old age. But I love snow, rain, high humidity, cold feet, and a frost bit nose.
