Wagons in vintage Street scenes

These vintage pictures of wagons are absolutely great. Especially so for someone like me who has never been to the US. The cars are great but the backgrounds as well. Another world, another time. I did see one with a Morris 1000 traveller which was great to see. Many thanks to all who posted their pictures.

 

Rusty this forum is great for even those of us who live in the USA. I see places I've never been and a time long ago. I also enjoy the photos from all over the world. It helps bring us closer together and remember the past.

View is looking south. '76' gas station still there. This is on the northwestern tip of Orange County, almost into Long Beach. The Los Alamitos Naval Air Station is just to the left in the pic, behind a few streets of houses. The neighborhood pic I posted yesterday is only about a mile from here.

 

We are not sure of the location of this circa 1960 photo taken in the City of Providence, Rhode Island, but with the nickname Suicide Circle we are sure a few of our readers can tell us something about it. Let us know what you see that is of interest in the photo.

Oooo... Datsun roadster sighting. The less desirable (IMO) tall windscreen version but an uncommon site even back then.
