    I thought the same thing at first but my only doubt is from how clean the wagon looks.

    Good thought, but if that were the case it would be that thick on everything, there is nothing on the car, or the buildings. I still think either a flood or maybe a mudslide.

    When I first posted this I was wondering "Is my Dad in this photo?" so I showed it to my parents and they said that it looks like me in the photo! (I'm 22 years of calendar age.) I wonder which street this photo is from?
