There they are. Great shots, Orth. Definitely a flash from the past and you're right; The Plymouth looks great but it does today, as well, from the pictures I've seen.

When you produce your Family History Show, make a note about password protected systems like Windows Live. Those were definitely worth the effort. Great shots we can all relate to. Thanks.

I'm a History buff too. You'd probably enjoy some of these sites:

The 2 Automotive menus take a while to load up (loaded with comments and pictures from 1769 and up). They cover world wide milestones and achievements, not just North American.

And you probably know about this one too:

I was not alive when most of these were taken, but they are truly some of the most awesome pics. I have ever seen. thank you for posting them.

Some of us were not only alive when these pictures were taken but could have been in some of those wagons. Perhaps not driving yet, but close. If I only knew then what I know now comes to mind often when I look at these pictures.

I am and feel the same, exact way Orthmann. :thumbs2: Especially when it has to do with the American Civil War. When I lived in Virginia back in the 1970s & 80s and I had a job out by Manassas (Bull Run to the North), I used to just pull over and walk the battlefied. The feeling I got I can not but into words.
