    Boy, this is a new one on me........
    Evidently some kind of Mercedes show exhibit, around 1967 I would say (230SL was all new that year...)
    What's the purpose of that show wagon, though? Appears to me to be some kind of 'concept' funeral hearse, where you would see the casket inside. (Something that is perhaps done more often in Europe). But why the bus destination thingy over the windshield? And what's being stored inside? Too many questions.......
