I'm just at awwh at these pictures you have posted!! I'm 45 and I grew up in the 70's. I really have been drawn to the 50's-60's my whole life though. I look back at what we have accomplished as Americans since then. I wouldn't trade a moment of childhood for a another day of modern progress..right now as I sit here! we have lost ourselves and forgotten what value and family really mean! Going places and being on the road..or meeting friends and getting together! I share with my twin girls these values,but it's so hard to do,in a world of 'lost"! i still continue to teach them this..It;s too valuable not to!

I'm enjoying these photos from the past...I forgot that I made a glass of tea...2 hours ago! How did I get suckered into this?..Ohh yeah I love wagons...and I HAVE ONE TOO!..Thank you so much for appreciating what we love also and posting such great pictures! Passion is the reason we respect and always treasure the days gone by!..Thanks!

 

I'm 45 also Truckster and I feel the same way, so many of the simple and great things in life have been left behind. I have tried to show my daughter (23) that the best things in life are simple and free like playing cards with a group of friends and family on a saturday night. Just laughing and having fun. These memories last forever and are as free and lasting as a summer day.
