They have been posted before. But why do Ford products attract bears? Is it the way they look or smell?

I think the powers-at-be at Yellowstone now frown on the practice of feeding the bears. You're not going to find me anywhere near one......

Had a fairly close encounter with a bear here up in an area called Monte Cristo, 50 yards away is as close as I EVER want to be.

Is this anywhere near that famous red rock canyon with the exotic dancing gals? I'm slightly confused. They were alledgedly bare and now you are talking about a bear! Was he also bare, Boo Boo ?
[IMG]Ya just don't wanna fool with a bare bear when he's S*#@'n in the woods.

If the bear is sh**'n in the woods, it's busy = no roblem. BUT if Mama and the cubs are on the road......

...The guy on the bike has the rite idea, he's leaving! The 2 people walking towards Mom with her cubs.... retarded!

Seen several bears over the years out here, but allways at safe distance. in 2000 while camping we found War Falls in the interiour of BC. Was about a 600 yard walk on trail and it was beautiful.

The vidio does not show it but out of camera to the rite is a small dock/walkway going out on calm water where you get a face on view. We got there and Deb my city girl says... "look, a fish and bear tracks"..... and goes on the dock. I'm thinking... "SH**, we just disturbed some ones breakfast" as the trout is half eaten and the paw marks in the mud have a ..."I left real fast" look about them. Just seconds ass by as I'm watching the woods and I see the left leg about 30 feet away, I move my eyes up and then we made eye contact. I'll never forget the growl once we made eye contact (Get The F Out Of Here!!)....as I'm standing over it's food! I start yelling and grab Deb and got the F*** out of there. Happened sooo fast Deb (city girl) didn't know WTF was going on and got real mad at me as I'm yelling and dragging her away. Only told her once we got back to the van, witch had our 'city boy 125lb King Shep" inside..... because he was afraid of the woods:slap:

    :rofl2:
