For purposes of orientation, this is looking north on Harbor Bl. in Anaheim. As you can see, Disneyland is on your left. The Disneyland Hotel is further west, off of West St., which borders Disneyland on the west side.


Not positive, but I think this is actually a scale model diorama. (Probably the same guy who does those photo-realistic ones we've posted before...)


Delores Drive-In, located on the southeast corner of Sepulveda Bl. and Washington Pl. in Culver City, CA. From when I was born in 1951 until around 1956, I lived about 6 blocks from here. Delores was torn down sometime around 1960 I believe. Albertson Oldsmobile (see the rocket?) next door took over the property.
