Wagons in vintage Street scenes

Zayre looks similar to the White Front discount stores we had in the greater Los Angeles area in the late 50's and into the 60's. Sold clothes, household items, appliances, and probably a few other things. I see to recall the folks buying a refrigerator from them. Chain kind of faded away in the late 60's / early 70's.

 

i rember driving that int pickup with all the tools in the back andpulling a trailer with two blacktop rollers on them, i was 17 lol
