This pic was also posted a few pages back. It's the 'Bunker Hill' area of downtown L.A. Used to have lots of Victorian houses like the one pictured, but they all had to make way for the expansion of the downtown area. I tried to get a 'current shot' from this vantage point, looking at the Union Bank Tower, but there were simply too many tall buildings in the way......

Well, Doghead went and substituted a different pic from the one that was originally there, so....never mind.

 

Thanks for the catch. I thought that image looked familiar. But, only went back one page. I delay deleting images from my file, because sometimes my posts disappear. I wait a day or two, and then check back to confirm

I was at Target today, nosing through the Hot Wheels and Matchboxes, and there was a pair of altered wheelbase Chrysler drag cars, one having this paint but not labelled Sox & Martin, specifically. Unfortunately, I left my phone in the truck, so no pic. Did Sox & Martin campaign AWB Chryslers?
