^^^ I saw that very concept car at the 1966 Los Angeles Auto Show (held then in October, 1965). It was a fastback where the roof was hinged just above the back glass, and the rear section raised up, along with some thin pillars and side glass, turning the fastback into a station wagon.

    EDIT:
Here you go.... It was called the 'Magic Cruiser'.....

I remember it being that yellow color.....
The top photo immediately under this text, along with the bottom 2 photos in black and white, are actually of the 'Magic Cruiser II', a different vehicle on the same concept, using 1967 Ford sheet metal instead of the 1966 sheet metal from the previous year.

I’m pretty sure it doesn’t look like that anymore. The tire sign says 9th and Chestnut I think.

If it’s there it’s not worth going to that area. Lol.actually I think that’s the 9th st parking lot and garages which is 9th bordered by Chestnut and Olive.

It not so bad down there I guess. While the sun is still up. We’ve spent a lot of time at the dome for our daughters sports over the years. Otherwise we avoid the city life.
