Wagons in vintage Street scenes

I know of one dealership, in a little town about 100 miles from here, down in the Columbia Gorge that still has the poles and overhead signage. I think part of it may even be covered if I remember correctly.
That's the only place I personally can think of that still looks like this.

 

Parking lot behind Harold Kelley’s “T.V. & Appliance” Store. It was located in the Hollywood neighborhood of Portland, OR, about four miles northeast of the City center.

According to the source, the photo was taken “from 42nd Ave. looking north to NE Broadway,” although Kelley’s obituary lists the location as NE Sandy Blvd & NE 42nd Ave in Hollywood. A street view at both locations shows that the building has not survived.

 

I would say 1978 with the cars in the showroom.

If that car is still around or if it was taken after 1958, it's not an original. General Motors destroyed the only one made in '58 for unknown reasons.
