Wagons in vintage Street scenes

Half the kids today wouldn't even know what Kodak film was!!!!

You wouldn't happen to know if this is Burbank, CA? The second I saw it I flashed on a place I used to go just off Burbank drive on the foot hills side of the I-5 Freeway.

Need a wagon, yours looks like it could be in Burbank as well.

 

The other half would be pulling up to the window asking for a double non-fat latte, easy on the whipped cream but extra sugar on top, and a straw

Download "Irfanview" and it will allow you to modify the digital picture and also convert it to black and white.

 

I was wondering that myself, Mark.
Looks very 'Southern California'. Unfortunately, there were lots of shopping centers like this all across Southern California. Doesn't look exactly like any center I remember, so I'm not sure. When I first looked at it I was thinking maybe a beach community. due to the roadster Fiat. It's California for sure - license plates.

how do we make black and white photos with it?

 

Once you download the picture to your computer, you then open the picture using the Irfanview software program, and when the picture opens, you go to the top of the page, and select "Image" from the menu bar. Once that opens, you just go down to "Convert to Greyscale" and then save your picture. It took me less than 2 minutes to convert this picture including saving the original to my computer.
