What the Hell is that? It not only looks too small for my long shanks, but is sooooo low, my knees would cry "uncle" if I tried to stand up out of it!

    I remember this episode.
Good ol' CHiPs, thanks to the TV gods for putting it into syndication.

What a great show. What were they riding? Yamaha’s? Those 4 cyl. Jap bikes look darn cool. More fun to ride than my Harley F177D35F-5BE6-45AB-ABF9-93B76702A79F.jpeg

I thought they were Kawasaki's, but I'm honestly not certain.

All I can remember is that the engines were DOHC. But if they were Kawasakis, were they KZ1000s?

This is what I found on Wikipedia, under California Highway Patrol:

"In the 1970s CHP decided to renew their Harleys fleet and tested many motorcycles such as Honda 750 four, Suzuki 850, Moto Guzzi and finally Kawasaki Z900 and then 1000C1 made famous in CHiPs."
