Yes! Bring me that eye candy. I'll take a Barracuda with the larger 225 Slant Six

Despite seeing a mixture of makes in this photo, I find it unusual that there are four 1955 Dodges in the photo and that all four are tri-tone Pink, Black, and White.

Likely a popular color combo at the time. Haha, reminds me of a story Mom told me about Grandma Ada. My Grandpa Fred always dabbled in the stock market with penny ante stocks, and was so good at it, he could afford a new car every year, Packards at first, then Oldsmobiles after Packard was absorbed into American Motors, IIRC. So, before the changeover in marquees, Grandpa had bought a new Packard sedan this particular year (mid-Fifties, I'll ask Dad if he knew what specific year), and it was a coral pink and white 4-door. So Grandma one day goes to do the grocery shopping, and when she finishes, she heads home. On the way, a sheriff's deputy pulls her over. Seems a woman, shopping at the same grocery store, had her new coral pink and white Packard 4-door sedan stolen, and the one Grandma was driving fit the description. It turns out, as Grandma went to unlock the door, the key was having a bit of trouble, but it unlocked, and when she went to start it, the ignition key had a bit of trouble turning also, but the car started, and she drove off, not thinking that much about it. And yes, as it turned out, the two cars were in line with each other when built, and the keys assigned were only just a smidgeon different, enough for Grandma to drive the wrong car from the store!

Did Grandma get wrestled down, handcuffed and thrown into the back of the copcar getting her wig pulled down to clear the doorway or do they just behave this way lately?

Good eye. Took awhile to find the fourth.

If that happened today grandma would have been shot multiple times, then cuffed and stuffed in the police car.

Mt too. The closest to the bottom of the photo was hidding.
I remember those colors and it was popular in the mid fifties.
My uncle had a 1956 Ford called buckskin tan or brown and white. Us kids called it **** pink. Not too many photos back there is one pictured in a parking lot.

...and then get her old guts blown out, in the car, for good measure

This one was interesting.... Most likely taken around '72 - '73. Newest vehicles could be the 4-door Maverick or the VW 412 wagon at the bottom.
The only other wagon I see is the little Datsun 510 toward the left. Other vehicles of note are:
    - Mercury Capri
    - Around a '70 Olds Toronado
    - Opel Kadette Rallye
    - Chevy II 4-door sedan
    - '68 (Ford Torino) Ranchero GT, with camper shell

The 5th one from the end on the right-hand row looks like a 4-door Carolla

Is that a National Socialist mustache or just a high noon beak shadow? Which filling stations issued white shirts? It seems, that brand's ethyl was spiked with a little more lead than the competitions. That's why the fumes eventually got to him. Could this be subliminal advertising?

I find it interesting that the tractors in this parade all seem to be GM. Ma Mopar must have been short on Dodge COEs at the time.
I also find it interesting that many of the cars on the transport seem to be dirty. I know things can get road grime during transport, but if I was going to parade a bunch of new cars through town at the very least I'd spray them off with a hose!
