Well, actually a windowed panel truck. But, okay. Why not? That chick's really roughing it. I wonder, if she's closet homeless or something. That's an unusual jerry can she's got there. Did they all have gigantic filler necks, back then?

I'd call that a woody station wagon, actually appearing to be a 50's GM truck chassis., making it a heavy duty commercial rig. Very rare today.
The container was a standard water can with a removeable pour spout. When not needing water, remove round lid, remove spout, put spout back in upside down adding small round block off cover, replace lid.
The lady and her Spanial appear to be set up for camping and far from homeless. Our subject is camping in an upscale popular state or Federal park. She obeys park rules, as you can see the dog with a collar, chain, and stake in the ground to keep him nearby.
She even has a portable shower attached behind the jerry can, pet supplies, and enough camping gear to fix proper meals. She wears obviously an American union made blouse and a Frederic's of Hollywood bra, famous back then before Viccy had her secrets.
The dept hack, station wagon, is a fairly late model. She takes great care of it by noticing the fender guide on the right front fender. She owns shoes, socks, and nice clothes. On the covered supply box beside the front tire is a very early Apple laptop. Her notepads and Papermate pen make me guess she grew up to be a famous writer, or artist, now living in a mansion somewhere in southern Califronia.
Here neatness is obvious by the broom, entrance mat, and Coleman lantern for nite trail walking and nature viewing.
