Wagons in vintage Street scenes

Memories! When we lived in this same town before retiring we lived on the end of a cul-D- sac. We'd have neighborhood picnics, yard sales, holiday events, and string lights from our house across to the one across the street. We even shopped at the Piggly Wiggly. There were station wagons on every street and parking lot.

 

The chick in front of me in highschool always wore haltertops in summer.
Weed was smoked, during brake, outside one of the doors.
The Greaseballs hung out at the middle doorway, during brakes and the local party store would sell us underaged malt liquor. Nowadays, you'd get 20 years for getting busted with likewise, while enjoying your Led Zepplin. Back then, the principal would only suspend you for a couple weeks. Didn't mean, we'd turn out to be lousy mechanics.
