Wagons in vintage Street scenes

Note the resemblance of those Colts with the Datsun 510 of the era. Mazdas and Toyotas also look like they shared sheetmetal. Well, in this case, at least the windshield. Toyotas are solid. I had a '70 Corolla. But, the Mazdas were prettier.

Not a wagon comment, but I thought it was kind of cool that the photo captured a 70 Cuda following a 70 Challenger in the middle lane.

 

Philadelphia, PA, for a circa 1950 overhead view of automobiles on a traffic circle surrounding a park. The photo was taken shortly after this new roadway was opened, as there are virtually no oil stains to be seen on the center of the three lanes and the white stripes are bright and clean.
