Still has the Olds neon sign on the dealership, plus all the ads in the windows seem to be for Oldsmobiles also. Must be a Chevy Olds Dealer at that time, 64/65

Ah, yes, Colman Dock, Seattle waterfront. Ivar's Acres of Clams is still there. However, if Ivar Haglund had named it "Acres of S#!t," no one would've gone there.

Google look up indicates this was probably Phoenix, Az.

With this kind of mindset I can see part of why my grandfather (born in the late 1920s) bought over 200 new cars. I have no idea how many he actually bought, (grandma stopped counting at 200) but it does give me inspiration in a way to know someone can acquire that much money in a good way. He was a truck driver from about 1945 or 1946 (well, somewhere around the mid to late 1940s) to 2005 or so; it was back when new cars didn't cost as much as in 2015 too, even with inflation into account. He also did doubles and triples, back when laws weren't in effect about truck driving.

I also asked him about seat belts, he never wore them much until fairly recently. How close "Fairly recently" is, I don't really know though.

BTW, I wonder how many of those cars could have just been Seafoamed in the piston cylinders and then set to run for many more miles. It's not a four to six hour job to take the spark plugs off those 1960s cars, unlike some cars today.
